80 year old man presented with acute cerebellar haemorrhage. His MRI revealed AVM at Rt cerebellar area. Pt given the option of surgery, embolization or SRS. In view of old age and poor person status, attendants preferred SRS. Risk and benefits of SRS explained in detail.
22 Gy single fraction was given to the AVM with nidus localised on contrast MRI along with neurosurgeon. Pt tolerated the treatment well
