- 1. Choose diet rich in plant based foods.
2. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits
3. Maintain a healthy weight
4. Select food low in fat and salt
5. Be physically active
6. Diet should be rich in protein and fibre
7. No refined sugar and no refined flour
8 . Diet should be rich in essential fatty acids and folic acid like nuts , flax seeds, chia seeds
9. Garlic , wheatgrass, broccoli and cabbage have anti cancer properties
10. Quinoa has high protein content as well as anticancer property
