53 year old female known case of cancer breast with bone metastases diagnosed in 2015, underwent 4 cycles of neo adjuvant chemotherapy  followed by MRM and AC, HPE- IDC, 8/9 lymph nodes positive, ER and PR positive and HER 2neu negative. She was given 4 cycles adjuvant chemotherapy. Then she received local chest wall radiation 50 Gy in 25 fractions. After that , she was on tamoxifen for 2 years. Two  years later she developed bleeding per vaginum. She was fully investigated  with whole body PET-CT scan which showed lesion in both ovaries and cervix with bone metastases, biopsy of cervix growth was done which showed signet ring cell carcinoma. IHC was done which was non-conclusive .

After thorough examination and discussion with oncologists, she was planned for radical surgery ( TAH and BSO) . Histopath revealed adenocarcinoma , IHC confirmed breast origin. She was given 6 cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy and PET CT scan done later showed no evidence of disease. She is now disease free for more than 18 months now.

This is one of the rare case of cancer breast with ovary and cervix metastases, treated at our center, Mayo hospital.
