Treatment for cancer ovary

53 year old lady presented with pain and distention of abdomen. She was investigated and diagnosed as cancer ovary with omental nodules. Her CA-125 was more than 1000 U/ml. She underwent 3 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with inj paclitaxel and inj cisplatin, she became symptomatically better and her CA-125 also came down. Then she underwent complete surgery for cancer ovary that is total radical hysterectomy, bilateral oopherectomy, omentectomy and lymph node dissection. She was stable after surgery. Her histopath report showed tumor in omentum . She was given 3 more cycles of chemotherapy. Her final investigations after chemotherapy are awaited.
